Standing at the feet of the second pylon, we peer into the temple's hypostyle center nave towards the far east of the main temple at Karnak. Oddly enough, this very same view was painted beautifully in the 1830s by the Englishman, David Roberts. The thumbnail image below will take you to see this painting.
